Everyday you must make decisions about how to feed and water yourself.

Here is our list of DO’s and DON’T’s:

  • Chew your food very well.  Remember, one third of your digestion begins in the mouth.  There are no teeth in the stomach.
  • No fluids with meals.  Drink water or other fluids 30  minutes before eating and wait at least 2 hours before drinking after meals.
  • Pay attention to proper food combining.  Goods that fight produce gas and bloating.
  • Don’t eat late at night, overeat or eat when you don’t have an appetite.  These eating habits will weaken your digestion.
  • Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning and if possible, squeeze some fresh lime or lemon juice into it.
  • Take a daily pro-biotic (friendly bacteria) to imp;rove digestion and to restore the balance in the lining of your gut wall.
  • Include healthy Omega 3 & 6 fats and oils in your diet; and don’t get it from FISH OILS – we’ve been taught bad info,  read more here: Fish oils have been proven to LEAD to diabetes !
  • Take digestive enzymes with cooked foods.
  • 80% alkaline forming foods….20% acid forming foods.  more here:
  • Strive to make your diet 50% raw fruits and vegetables.
  • Drink plenty of fresh purified water. Use a Britta filter if a better filter is not in your budget.
  • Practice Gratitude (amazing results in one’s life)
  • Smile
